A fellowship is a community of interest & activity. A company of equals who, in a comradely atmosphere, pursue a joint purpose. All are equal of value, together we strive for heartful leadership. We are a fellowship of leaders growing leaders.
Why is this important? We believe words matter. A partnership is focussed on the individual, it is person driven. The partner takes the central stage. In a fellowship, the ambition is key. The mutuality of the goal is what drives the organisation, not the individuals that make up the organisation.
While globally present, we share the same background. We are all coaches accredited by ICF (the International Coach Federation) and graduates both as coach and as transformational leader from CTI (The coaches Training Institute). The advantage is that we speak the same language among ourselves, which increases our efficiency as a group and ensures constant quality across the board.

Nicki is a London born, Shanghai based Leadership & Personal Development Coach who is passionate about enabling determined individuals to create a life they love – step by step, through simple, practical, conscious choices.
Nicki specialises in coaching highly driven, mid-career professionals who want to claim leadership of their own lives.
Nicki works in-house with Leadership Teams to create positive change grounded in clarity of communication, engagement & alignment.
Having relocated from London to Shanghai in 2016 with her young family, she also works with brave adventurers who have chosen to make significant life-leaps and are looking for supporting tools to maximize the enjoyment of their transition.
A dedicated life change and manifestation ‘expert’, over the past two decades Nicki has successfully transitioned from a Bachelors Degree in Law to Senior Account Director in the UK’s number one design agency, and most recently redesigned her life to be in Shanghai – where she completed her training with the Coaches Training Institute.
A global nomad at heart, Nicki has enjoyed living and working in Europe, North America, Asia and Australasia – and sincerely hopes to pass the travel ‘bug’ on to her three small fellow explorers.
Marcel Herwegh (1973) has a broad educational background (Art Academy, Anthropology, Educational Studies) and looks at leadership and chance issues from a holistic perspective. He has over ten years of corporate experience in customer care, management, coaching and training and was a board member of a non-profit organisation. In 2010 he started his own coaching and training company Radiance Coaching.
He advocates an inclusive society based on equality. His approach is values based, thus using the potential of the people he works with to evoke the change they want. Besides training and mentoring coaches, his assignments vary from designing leadership programmes to coaching people in change and transition processes.
Marcel is interested in art and design and likes to travel, both for work and leisure.
Marcel is a Co-Active Leadership graduate and trained in Co-Active coaching, Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching, The Leadership Circle Profile and E-coaching. He is an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF and a member NOBCO and NOLOC.
Kathy Engel Laurnen
With her 20+ years of experience as a business leader in the healthcare industry, she helps leaders and their teams define their goals and values, then develop a plan and commit to creating that vision. The outcome results in successfully improving your clients’ experience with your organisation as well as creating your ideal work culture.
Great strides continue to be made in the world of neuroscience. It is now known that at any age, we can create new neuropathways, or new ways of thinking and being, to help us live more fulfilling lives. Kathy’s approach incorporates the use of neuroscience to enhance your own ability to change.
Karen Makkes van der Deijl
Karen Makkes van der Deijl has a law degree, LL.M, from Leiden University. She is furthermore a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC from the Coaches Training Institute CTI) and an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also a Graduate of the CTI Leadership Programme.
Her motto is ‘Live life to the fullest and challenge others to do the same’. She is an energetic, enthusiastic and highly qualified coach and has been coaching executives, MBA students and teams towards successfully living and performing for over 10 years.
Karen was a successful manager in financial services before launching her own company, Robin Coaching. Her clients come from a variety of sectors including: Financial Services, Retail, Legal, Accountancy, Entertainment, Agriculture, Industrial Production and Business Services.
Clients work with Karen because they want to take leadership over their situation, professional or personal. She helps clients rise above circumstance to create the life, team, and work they really want. Her methodology and approach is based on the Co-active coaching and leadership models. In facilitation, she designs and delivers leadership trainings by bringing time tested theoretical models to life using experiential exercises designed to help participants learn by doing. In coaching, Karen creates a space of warmth, lightness, and safety and her coaching style is open, dynamic, provoking when needed and insightful.
Her experience as Front of room leader for the prestigious Coaches Training Institute (www.thecoaches.com) has seen her lead over 60 programmes globally and she was a Team Coach for Nationale Nederlanden. She is an Executive coach for ING Bank, Accenture, KWS, Lloyds, Cargill, ABN AMRO Bank among others and has facilitated workshops for companies such as ING Bank, Footlocker, Disney Retail, Swedish Chamber of Commerce, Transvision, Cargill, ING Insurances, as well as taking her knowledge and skills into high schools.
She also holds certificates from The Leadership Circle, Organisational and Relationship Systems Coaching, (CRR Global), Self Managing Leadership, (Oxford Leadership Academy), Certified Vitality Coach and Voice dialogue.
Janice Lichtenwaldt, MBA, CPCC, ACC
Janice has spent the past 25 years fighting the good fight to keep sanity, creativity, and productivity in the corporate workplace. She navigated emerging technology businesses from online city guides (CitySearch.com) to online ticketing (Ticketmaster.com), online travel (Expedia) to building online communities (Allrecipes.com) with a focus on marketing communications, product development, and business development.
In 2016 Janice took this experience and founded AIC Coaching specializing in leadership and career development. Her mission is to help others recognize their own potential and achieve their definition of success.
Emmanuelle’s passion is to harness and leverage the power of transitions. Leaders take charge of the world they create. Transitions bring unique opportunities to our space and allow us to choose to the co-create a new world.
Her purpose is to bring heartful leadership to the world. She thrives when she co-creates and co-leads contextually based, experientially driven transformative learning events.
Throughout her career she has travelled the world working with teams to build meaningful connections between humans and abstract concepts like brands, organisations, tribes… While deep diving in the plethora of cultures our planet harbours, she earned her entrepreneurial and change management spurs launching 3 companies and being involved in 5 mergers.
Today, a global citizen growing leaders across 12 time-zones, she lives both in the EU capital Brussels and under the Tuscan sun in Arezzo.
She holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi, is a Certified and Accredited Executive Coach (CPCC and ACC), and also certified to work with Everything DISC and about to land her accreditation as a Barrett Cultural Transformation Consultant.
Christina works with leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals around the world reach their fullest potential. She focuses on helping leaders find meaningful work that adds significance and fulfillment to their lives and careers. Christina specializes in executive presence, group dynamics, and identifying verbal and nonverbal communication patterns, helping clients become aware of their impact. Through her experience in leadership and as a facilitator, she has helped multiple companies and teams develop systems that support rapid growth.
Christina graduated from Boston University’s School of Management with a focus on Organizational Behavior and has an MS in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. She was also selected to be a 2014/15 Stanford H4A Fellow. She currently serves as President on the Board of BATS Improv and coaches leaders at the Interpersonal Development Department at UC Berkeley Haas. Christina loves and studies improv and acting. Her appreciation of travel has led her to visit all 50 states and 25 countries.
